  13. Apple Computer, Inc. has developed an information delivery method called the
  14. "Desktop Seminar". This interactive multimedia method presents information
  15. using text, graphics, audio, animations and QuickTime movies in an
  16. easy-to-understand and compelling form.
  17.  
  18. There is lots of demand within Apple to create Desktop Seminars to deliver
  19. information to internal audiences. Multimedia developers are needed to help us
  20. meet this demand.
  21.  
  22. The "Desktop Seminar Toolkit" gives developers an easy method for creating
  23. Seminars, and provides a strict format for information delivery. We are looking
  24. for qualified multimedia developers who have any or all of these skills:
  25.  
  26. • a good sense of multimedia delivery and program flow
  27. • script writing
  28. • shooting video in a range of production values (from quick-response to
  29. high-quality)
  30. • recording audio narration
  31. • making best-quality QuickTime movies from both audio and video
  32. • creating graphics within strict boundaries
  33.  
  34. In addition to these skills, a full-service developer would have to become
  35. familiar with the Desktop Seminar concept, and learn how to use the Toolkit.
  36. This can be accomplished by viewing the "Creating a Seminar" presentation that
  37. comes with the Toolkit, and takes just an hour or so.
